Growing up in the West Indies will provide you with incredible memories formed around Caribbean culture, people, and gastronomy. But, despite the warmth we find in the islands, customer service has always been a lacking aspect of our Hospitality due to the low amount of knowledge of Hospitality staff and management teams.

 

The Caribbean has so much to offer but has yet to reach its full potential. There are so many beautiful hotels and restaurants, but little income and proper growth are happening. 

 

EÏA's founders took some time to study these gaps identify solutions and help businesses in Hospitality tap into their fullest potential. EÏA sees the need to elevate the Hospitality industry around the Caribbean and uplift their local economy.
